Welcome

Hi there, thanks for taking time to visit my blog. My name is Audrey Lewis, and I'm a busy Mom of 5 kids living in the Boise, Idaho area. I've always had a passion for taking pictures, but I really fell in love once I started having my own children. I realized how fast they grow up, and I wanted to capture every little moment I could so that I don't ever forget these precious years. I love photographing children, there's just something so magical about seeing the world through a childs eyes. I hope you enjoy your visit, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

My little Niece...

For starters, I'm so sorry if I haven't returned any emails or phone calls that have come my way. I have been without internet or phone for 10 days now, but I'm happy to say that's over. We moved this weekend and are still getting settled in, but if you're interested in a session please try to contact me again. I am ready to schedule now and am resuming sessions this week. Thanks so much for your patience during this crazy time.

I haven't done a shoot for a while since I've been so busy, but my sister came into town last week and I couldn't resist taking some shots of her sweet little girl. She's at a tough age to photograph, but she's so adorable that it's impossible not to get cute pictures of her. We never really had time for an official "photo shoot", but I took a few snapshots everytime I got the chance. Isn't she just beautiful!

And she's the smiliest little thing. It's so cute!

I made them pose for a couple before they took off back to Utah.

Little Missy M

This little gal just happens to belong to some of my very favorite people! I just adore this family, they are so much fun and the nicest people. Little miss "M" is just the cutest, sweetest baby. She was just so tiny and precious. She's a wiggly one, and I think she peed on us 3 different times, but once I got her in the little wrap she just snuggled right in and was happy as could be. Thanks for being so patient waiting for your sneak peek Mom, I hope you love them!

Ok, I know it's sad she's crying, but I just thought it was hularious. She was just not a fan of this big bowl, I think she was pretty mad at me for putting her in there.

So precious. Thanks Mom!

A Few More

I should be sleeping, but I want to get my editing done before I move! So the cute little kids from my last post came over today for a little mini session to get some "studio" pictures. Normally I love doing sessions outside, but after this session I'm getting excited for my studio. The kids were super cute, and we got tons of good ones. It's not hard to get good pictures when the kids are so sweet and adorable! Hope you enjoy your little sneak peek Mom!

Isn't she sweet! This one is my favorite, I love her little smile. I could post pictures of her all night long, I need to stop and go to bed!

The "B" Family

I'm so excited that the weather is getting nicer and I can start doing outdoor family sessions again! I love them! I just started going through this session and thought I'd share a peek for Mom. This family is just so cute and they are the nicest people. Their kiddos wanted to do anything BUT take pictures, but I can't blame them! Throwing rocks in the water and blowing dandelions is way more fun that posing for some crazy lady behind a camera. I think our patience paid off though and we got some really cute ones.

Aren't their kids adorable! This little guy was all boy, so fun!

And this little girl is so sweet, but she also has a mind of her own. I love that in a little girl, I hope Abbey is that way. Super sweet with a little spunk.

My New Lens!

Yesterday was such a great mail day! I got my pettis, and my new lens, so of course I had to go play. We've been so busy there was no time for an official "photo shoot", so these are just of the kids playing around outside. The lens is a beast. So far I'm loving the quality, but holy smokes this thing weighs a ton! I'm not sure I can tote it around all the time, so we'll see if it's a keeper or not. Here's a few of my favorite subjects, my kiddos. I had lots of fun playing with textures and some vintage looks, which are all available when you book a session.

Abbey was really NOT in the mood tonight, but I wanted to show off my new pettis. I'm so excited about these! Sorry about the grump faced pics, but aren't the pettis fun! You're going to be seeing lots of these. If you have a photo shoot coming up on location just let me know if you want me to bring them along, they're super cute and fluffy!

I was having fun playing around with some different conversions on this one, I'd love to know which you prefer!
