Welcome

Hi there, thanks for taking time to visit my blog. My name is Audrey Lewis, and I'm a busy Mom of 5 kids living in the Boise, Idaho area. I've always had a passion for taking pictures, but I really fell in love once I started having my own children. I realized how fast they grow up, and I wanted to capture every little moment I could so that I don't ever forget these precious years. I love photographing children, there's just something so magical about seeing the world through a childs eyes. I hope you enjoy your visit, and feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

The Red Barn

I want to frame a pic of each of my kiddos with the red barn in the background. I'd love your opinions on which one I should use of her!

The "B" Family

This is the first time in a very long time that I've done a family shoot for someone that wasn't related to me! I was sooooooo nervous! I'm not as comfortable taking pics of families, I feel much more comfortable with just one subject, so this was a good experience to get out of my comfort zone. I just started going through their pictures, so don't be surprised if I share some more! I absolutely adore this family, they are such amazing people! I really wanted to get a good picture for them. They will be moving soon and we're going to miss them so much! Hope you enjoy them B's!

Aren't they the cutest family! I hope my kids are as great as these kids when they get older. I seriously love these guys!

Don't they have the prettiest girls!

Because I have to be Fair.....

This little guy earned his vanilla milkshake yesterday, too funny! He wanted to do his photo shoot just like his big brother's, so he went and found a hat and a shirt to match. I forgot to take my camera to our little "date" afterwards, but we had so much fun! We got a shake, played air hockey and in the playland. And, I was thrilled with the photos I got of him, they really capture his goofy little personality. He didn't sit still the entire time, it's amazing any of these are even remotely in focus. Oh, and my little disclaimer, I'm no professional, I'm very far from, and very aware of that! It sure is a fun little hobby though!

Love the hands in his pockets, this is so him!

This one makes me laugh. Little tough guy!

Whenever I bend over or change positions to take a photo he always bends with me! So funny!

This one's my favorite! I love his little smile! This guys gonna be a heart breaker!

And again in color, cuz it's my favorite after all!

Ain't he sweet!

I just love this kid!!!

Isn't She Lovely!!!

I had to share this picture of my Mom. I snapped it real quick of her on Sunday, and I just can't get over how beautiful she is! I also have to tease her, because it's harder to get a picture of her than it is my kids! She just didn't want me to take it! Anyway, just had to share with you all how beautiful my Mom is. She's my hero and my best friend and I am so blessed!

One Medium Vanilla Milkshake

From McDonald's. Yup, that's what I bribed this kid with to get some pictures. That, and he got to choose his own clothes, and have his scooter in the pictures. Seems like a pretty good deal to me, and I think we were both happy with the end results (he really enjoyed that milkshake)!!!

Another Teen.......

This gal was soooo beautiful! She had the most amazing skin. I love the "Twilight" books, and this is totally how I picture Alice, only with short hair of course. Anyway, such a fun shoot! We're starting to lose the fall colors here, but I was happy I was able to get a few reds and golds in.

A Little Scrappy Time

So I finally got some scrappy time on Saturday. It was wonderful (but please don't ask what my house looks like as a result of this "me" time). This layout felt good. It's the first time in a long time that I didn't pull out any mags or cruise the internet for inspiration. I just sat down and started creating, and I love that the result is so very me. Anyway, enjoy. I'm hoping I'll get some more time soon!

Autumn:

Time Flies.....

This little girl is almost 9 months old now, where does the time go? I made this a while ago, but realized I never posted it on any public forums, so I thought I would share it here. I haven't posted a layout in a while, but I plan on changing that this weekend, I'm gonna scrap!!!

Just a milestone page. Look how tiny she was!!!
